PHYSICAL EDUCATION

Jumprope_edited.jpg

At Trinity Lone Oak Lutheran School we believe that movement and exercise is critical to a child's development. Our kindergarten-4th grade have phys. ed. every day of the school week, and 5th-8th grade have phys. ed. four days of the school week. We feel strongly that this helps students build healthy habits and develop large motor skills. Read below for a breakdown of what the elementary and middle school students learn throughout the year.
