Before and After School Care Leaders 

We are currently seeking  positive and energetic individuals to work in our School Age Care program, Beyond the Bell. The mission of Trinity Lone Oak Lutheran School is to equip children for life-long learning and service by nurturing hearts and minds in Christ. Our before and after school program is an extension of that mission. We are seeking candidates with experience working with children ages 6-10 who will contribute to a fun, safe, and caring environment. These part-time positions involve monitoring and interacting with children during before or after school hours.

 

Before School Care Leader

Part-time position between the hours of 6:30am - 7:45am Monday-Friday

$15.35/hr

Starting Date August 29, 2023

 

After School Care Leaders and Aides

Part-time positions between the hours of 3:15pm - 5:30pm Monday-Friday

$15.35-17.34/hr dependent upon experience and responsibilities

Starting Date August 29, 2023

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- providing a welcoming space for all children

- helping maintain a caring and safe environment

- ability to relate to and engage with children at their level

 

Requirements and Qualifications:

- High School graduate (Leaders)/Minimum of 16 years of age (Aides)

- Experience working with children

- Background check required
